FMA was registered with the Philippines Stock Exchange Commission on February 17, 2000. It obtained its accreditation from the Technical Education Skills Development Authority or TESDA in March 2000. From its inception, the main motive for establishing FMA was to:
- Train those who are interested to work in the service sector and
- to align skills and attitudinal requirements of prospective employers with those that would be developers by training curricula.

- 326 Hours Geriatric Care
- 24 Hours Emergency Care-Basic Life Support Program
- 64 Hours Emergency Care- First Aid
- Home expert Course
- Computer Course in office Management.

FMA operates in two locations: Muntinlupa City in the Southern Part of Metro Manila and at Makati City, right at the heart of the business district. The Makati City branch started its operation in February 2002.
